Our Firm has developed many years of experience in the field of Commercial Contract Law. In particular, it specializes in drafting and processing contracts for commercial representation, distribution, outsourced production, co marketing, co-promotion, etc. and successfully completes all needed negotiations with the contracting party, depending on the particulars of each specific case and the interests of our Clients. One of our founding partner, Mrs. Victoria Tzamtzi has been a pioneer in the compilation of the series “Model Contracts for External Trade” published by the Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry since 1996, a publication which is renewed to this day with the contribution of our Firm.
